Sunday Worship Services

We extend a very warm welcome to you at Christ Church URC Rayleigh and would love to meet you at our Sunday worship services.

On Sundays we meet together to worship God and discovery together how God can make a difference in our lives. Whether it’s your first time in a church, recently moved to Rayleigh or you’ve been around other churches, please come and experience being in a friendly community finding God at our Sunday worship services.

Worship –  10am

This is our main service attended by all age groups. On most Sundays, children (from age 3 upwards) and youth can go to their own groups (Sundayclub) part way through the service. There is also a toddlers play area available in the worship area.
An All Age Family Service is held on the second Sunday of each month, where children and youth stay for the whole service.
We celebrate Holy Communion on the third Sunday of each month where all are invited to share the bread and wine (non alcoholic).
Singing is accompanied either by the organ or the music group and is a selection of modern and traditional hymns and songs. (face coverings are currently required when singing)
After the service, which takes about an hour, we share free tea, coffee, squash, biscuits, conversation and fellowship.

As well as our Sunday services we offer a wide range  of other activities throughout the week which are enjoyed by many. Please select from:-

Regular activities with times and contacts.
or

Church Calendar looking ahead for the next few months.
